For any undamaged product, simply contact us within 14 days of the date you receive the product and return it in its original, unused condition, with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; (ii) if several items were purchased together to receive a discount you will receive a refund for any cost above what you would have paid for the items you keep only; and (iii) the following products are not eligible for return:

• Custom items (this does not include standard products made to order, but does include any item where you have asked us to make it specifically to your requirements)

• Personalized items

• Seconds and sale items

This item is shipped from stock and will be shipped within one to three days.

We post letter size items with Royal Mail, first class which should take 1-2 days, and larger parcels second class which should take 2-5 days. We provide proof of postage, however postal delays are outside our control. Parcels over £50 are shipped by Royal Mail second class signed for.
