I would like a different size, shape or design. Can you help?

Yes! Our gothic lampshades, curtains and cushions are made here in our own workshop, individually and usually to order. So we can change them in too many ways to list! Need a different colour, fitting, shape, trim, etc? Just get in touch, we are happy to help make your gothic home decor dreams come true.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes! Gift cards are available now. Check out the menu at the top of the page.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept cancellations and returns on all stock items. If you do need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and return the item in it's original, unused condition within 30 days for a refund upon receipt. Customer is responsible for return postage and must obtain proof of postage.

 

We do not accept returns of custom or personalized items, or seconds which are sold as seen, however we are happy to cancel orders up until dispatch, minus the cost of any items ordered specially and/or work already done.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept most major credit and debit cards through Wix Payments, as well as payment by PayPal.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Many of our items are kept in stock. These items will be shipped within one to three days.

Made to order standard items will have a processing time of up to two weeks, except for curtains which may take up to three weeks if fabric has to be printed. Please check individual listings for more information.

 

Custom orders may take longer due to ordering materials and we will make you aware of the expected timeframe at time of ordering.

We post letter size items with Royal Mail, second class which should take 2-5 days, and large letters and parcels by Tracked 48 which should take 2-3 days, plus processing time as stated in individual listings. We provide tracking where available, however postal delays are outside our control.
