I accept cancellations and returns on all stock items. If you do need to return an item, please contact me within 14 days of receipt and return the item in it's original, unused condition within 30 days for a refund upon receipt. Customer is responsible for return postage and must obtain proof of postage.

I do not accept returns of custom or personalized items, or seconds sold as seen, however I am happy to cancel orders up until dispatch, minus the cost of any items ordered specially and/or work already done.

This item is shipped from stock and will be shipped witin one to three days.

We post letter size items with Royal Mail, first class which should take 1-2 days, and larger parcels second class which should take 2-5 days. We provide proof of postage, however postal delays are outside our control. Parcels over £50 are shipped by Royal Mail second class signed for.
